Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guides students and their families regarding educational options and alternatives, admission prerequisites, rules and procedures, the transfer of credits, and potential financial assistance if required.
- Guarantee that potential students and parents receive professional, supportive, and streamlined assistance throughout the entire admissions procedure.
- Enhancing conversion rates and revenue while ensuring a consistent influx of highly qualified applicants for Westford University College.
- Aide visitors to designated areas of the campus to ensure seamless visits and provide necessary campus tours when required.
- Participate in all recruitment events, encompassing open houses, educational fairs, informational sessions, exhibitions, school tours, and off-campus engagements.
- Make substantial contributions to the institutional database containing information about potential, current, and prospective students.
- Promote diversity and inclusivity in the admissions process, ensuring fair representation of various backgrounds and perspectives.
- Input and uphold application data throughout the admissions journey, encompassing initial applications, offer specifics, financial particulars, and similar information.
- Administer application deposits and handle inquiries related to admissions invoices.
- Uphold elevated standards of professional attendance, punctuality, appearance, and demeanour.

Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience within an educational context.
